The Role

We are seeking highly experienced mobile crushing plant operators to be an integral part of our team across site’s West and North of Melbourne.

Duties Include

• Operate, Manage and Maintain crushing plant equipment
• Feed the crushing plant with a 36 – 50t excavator
• Stockpile materials using Cat 980M Front end loader
• Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks on crushing equipment
• Providing input into continuous improvement for Safety, Quality and Production performance
• Participate in Safety, Pre-Start and Toolbox meetings

Essential Skill Set/Experience

• Minimum of 2 - 3 Years’ Experience operating mobile crushing equipment that Includes a variety of Jaw crushers, Impact crushers, cone crushers, conveyors and screening equipment
• Experience in maintaining crushing equipment, including screen changes, wear part replacement, changing out air filter elements etc
• Commitment to safety in the workplace
• Mobile Plant competency tickets
• Must be able to work autonomously or in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to perform manual labour when required
• Willingness to adapt to unexpected situations and reprioritise accordingly
• Willingness to follow directives and instructions

Above industry pay rates + travel + site allowance.
