About the opportunity
The Operational Quality Manager manages the specialist clinical resources, contributing to the ongoing strategic planning, implementation, and improvement of clinical best practice across NSW in a constantly changing environment.
- Provide clinical leadership to the region that enhances clinical care, policy and client outcomes
- Develop, implement and monitor quality and risk management strategies
- Lead the region’s Quality activities to ensure the region achieves positive survey outcomes
- Identify gaps between current practice and existing protocols or best practice/ desired enhancements
- Work collaboratively with Operations Manager to achieve planned service delivery outcomes and improvements
We would love to hear from you if you have
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Expert clinical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Own vehicle and driver’s licence
- 2025 flu vaccinations or willing to obtain
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Federal Police Check - only required for the successful candidate
- Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
