About the opportunity
The Operational Quality Manager manages the specialist clinical resources, contributing to the ongoing strategic planning, implementation, and improvement of clinical best practice across NSW in a constantly changing environment.

• Provide clinical leadership to the region that enhances clinical care, policy and client outcomes
• Develop, implement and monitor quality and risk management strategies
• Lead the region’s Quality activities to ensure the region achieves positive survey outcomes
• Identify gaps between current practice and existing protocols or best practice/ desired enhancements
• Work collaboratively with Operations Manager to achieve planned service delivery outcomes and improvements

We would love to hear from you if you have

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Expert clinical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Own vehicle and driver’s licence
• 2025 flu vaccinations or willing to obtain
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
• Federal Police Check - only required for the successful candidate
• Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
