WOW Recruitment is seeking a talented Sydney-based Sales Executive to join our client in the event organiser space. You will play a pivotal role in driving event attendance and revenue by identifying, targeting, and converting potential delegates into paying attendees.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve delegate targets.
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Build strong relationships with potential delegates and industry stakeholders.
• Utilise CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure sales alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales (ideally outbound)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
