Hey! We’re LP Visuals, a Video Production company based in Carlisle, working all over Perth creating cinematic, story-led, marketing-focused videos for some of Perth's biggest companies.

To give you an idea, in the last 2 weeks we've created videos about the 2025 Telethon Home, an award-winning Margaret River winery, an environmental initiative and a project over in Melbourne.

We film interviews, fly drones, record sound, light scenes, edit it all together and have a lot of fun along the way.

We're a small team looking to grow and are looking for a junior videographer and video editor to join our team.

We're looking for someone who wants to help us grow to the next level - that means someone with creative ideas, an eagerness to learn and a keen attention to detail.

You'll start by shadowing our senior videographer and video editor, learning the ins and outs of how we create beautiful marketing-focused corporate videos. After a few months, you'll be creating amazing videos on your own, specialising in a videographer/video editor role with support from the rest of the team.

The Job

• As a videographer and video editor you're at the core of creating beautiful marketing-focused videos
• Pre-Production including story development, direction and planning
• Videography including filming with 4K cameras, world-class microphones and cinematic drones
• Video editing including a-roll, b-roll, interviews, audio, music, colour, text and graphics
• Communicating with our clients and keeping them happy.

You

• Genuine passion for creating videos, working with people and creating cool sh*t
• A big desire to learn: you have high standards and want to learn the ins and outs of how to make cinematic videos for businesses
• Great at multi-tasking and working on multiple projects at once
• Love a challenge and keen to get stuck in and learn
• Previous experience in creating videos in the corporate space
