About the Position

This full-time leadership position, offers an exciting opportunity to lead the Learning Enrichment (K-12) team. The Head of Learning Enrichment will oversee and manage learning support programs, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for students with diverse learning needs, including students requiring remediation or extension, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and those with English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD).

Skills and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a curriculum-aligned Learning Enrichment program for students from Kindergarten to Year 12.
• Lead the Learning Enrichment team and provide professional guidance to staff, supporting their pedagogical development.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring compliance with the Disability Standards for Education 2005.
• Oversee and implement the NCCD process and ensure compliance with all disability legislation.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to support positive learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with school leadership to implement whole-school inclusion strategies and support student well-being initiatives.
• Promote academic opportunities for students through enrichment programs and experiences.

Requirements

• QCT registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong experience leading inclusive education programs or learning enrichment teams.
• At least 2 references from your most recent employers.
• Full working rights in Australia.
