As part of this exciting journey, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist & Student Support (Traineeship) to join our team at our Ferntree Gully venue.
About the Role We are seeking a full-time Receptionist & Student Support team member to be based at our Ferntree Gully office, working Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to start a career in administration. We provide on-the-job training and enrolment in a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable skills and grow within the company.
As a Receptionist & Student Support team member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our students receive the best possible support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service – Answering phone and email enquiries, assisting students and staff with support needs.
- Administration – Data entry, maintaining student records, and providing general office support.
- Office & Training Supplies – Ordering office, training, and student amenities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Facility Management – Ensuring the office and training facilities are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Reception Duties – Greeting students and visitors, managing bookings, and providing a welcoming environment.
- Supporting Staff – Assisting trainers and colleagues with administrative tasks and organisational needs.
- Social Activities – Helping to coordinate team events and initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.
