We're on a mission to be the most trusted, supportive brand that transforms our customers' sleep and we're looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Nunawading Store.

The Role:

• Retail experience is a plus but not a must.
• Your motivation and hands-on approach are your most important tools.
• Dive into Sales KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Listen, understand customer needs, and offer the perfect sleep solution.
• Be a team player and shine as an independent contributor.
• Communication skills? Check! Computer skills? We've got you.
• Get ready for weekends, holidays, and the thrill of peak times.
• Don't skip leg day because you'll need to handle our amazing mattresses.

Desired Working Days:

• 10-15 hours/week on average.
• Availability 7 days a week, with opportunities for more hours during peak times and teams leave.
