We are seeking an extraordinary and professional Sales Support person with lots of drive and initiative who wants to further their career and that will be responsible for every aspect in the daily running of the sales team.

As the Sales Support person, you will be an 'all-rounder' that willingly provides an array of timely administrative support services to our sales agents, to improve performance and ensure we consistently deliver upon our promises by continually striving to exceed expectations.

Your Role:

  • Entering new clients/appraisals into Agentbox
  • Database Management
  • Uploading of Agreement, Contract for sale and Comparable sales into Agentbox
  • Be familiar with the Agentbox procedure from listing to the final sale
  • Prepare OFI open packs
  • Assistance with Listing Proposals, properties for sale, contract management
  • Liasing with clients, photographers, valuers and building inspectors
  • Prepare all Marketing Campaigns in Campaign Track, whether for a property or Agent marketing
  • Coordination of sales campaigns
  • Preparing proposal packs and marketing plans
  • Coordinating of sales campaigns
  • Coordinate open home inspection times and access
  • Manage email enquiries
  • Liasing with vendors
  • Attending auctions when required
  • Other ad hoc tasks as directed by the sales agents & office manager

Required Skill:

  • Minimum 1 year real estate experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and administration skills with a high attention to detail and can multi-task
  • Respond to clients needs promptly, providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work within a team environment and also independently
  • Time management skills
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
