We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse and AIN (Assistant in Nursing) to join our team at our medical center located in Taree NSW.

Horizon Skin Cancer and Medical Centre is a Skin Cancer Management Centre and General Practice with 7 GP's.

Great opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse to assist the team in the position.

The practice is accredited with well fitted treatment room facilities.

Applicants should have GP clinic experience with the following facilities:

• Pleasant and professional manner with patients and co-workers
• Able to perform all general practice nurse duties such as procedure assistance, wound care, stock checking.
• Experience with all types of Care Plans and Health Assessments - be a leader in chronic disease management processes.
• Manage reminder and recall systems effectively.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Best Practice software or similar is an advantage.
