The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily operations and service delivery across multiple disability support locations.
You will oversee and coordinate a team of disability professionals to ensure participants receive high quality care in line with industry standards

Key responsibilities include:

✔️ Leadership & Management – Supervise and support key staff, oversee performance management, and ensure professional development.
✔️ Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with clients, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
✔️ Operational Oversight – Manage rostering, workforce planning, and uphold WHS and staff welfare activities.
✔️ Quality & Compliance – Conduct spot checks, oversee home upkeep, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
✔️ Business Growth – Represent the organisation at expos, meet-ups, and networking events to enhance service reach.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in managing disability support services, NDIS knowledge preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to oversee operational processes, workforce planning, and service compliance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Passion for quality improvement and service excellence
