About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two dental practices on a full-time basis. You will play a vital role in leading a growing team and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a growing team of dental professionals
• Oversee the efficient operation of the practice on a daily basis
• Deliver exceptional front-office customer service
• Provide staff management, training, and development
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for practice growth

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven practice management experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills with dental software packages
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• A positive, bubbly, and outgoing personality

Remuneration: The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 + super, based on experience.
