What we're looking for

We are looking for a compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to assist an individual with disabilities. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care.

1. Support the client with mobility and transportation to appointments.
2. Build a positive and trusting relationship with the client.
3. Encourage client participation in social and recreational activities.
4. Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or well-being.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A relevant qualification, such as a Certificate III or IV in Disability
7. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
8. Previous experience in disability support is preferred.
