The Role

To manage all functions of purchasing and contract administration effectively and efficiently with a focus on accurate input, manage, and maintain purchasing/contract-related information within the organization's systems. This involves supplier management and purchase management, entering purchase orders, order confirmations, sailing confirmations, and recording supplier details with a high level of precision following Busch’s Quality Management Program. The goal is to ensure the integrity and completeness of purchasing data, facilitating smooth communication between various departments, and enabling informed decision-making.

Skills and Experience:

• Certificate degree relevant to Administration skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems, SAP, Infor Cloud or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation skills for developing and maintaining relationships
• Have the ability to work autonomously in a proactive manner.
• Have computer skills, Microsoft Office.
