Contract Administrator – Luxury Residential Projects

About the Company:

Our client, a reputable builder-developer, specializes in high-end residential projects in Sydney’s premier suburbs. Due to continuous business growth, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain efficient contract administration systems across site and office operations.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and variations.
• Manage the tendering process, including preparing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing contract packages (SOW).
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, project schedules, claims, and variations.
• Conduct cost analysis, reporting, and financial forecasting.
• Administer RFIs, warranty documentation, and ensure compliance with onsite safety standards.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably in luxury residential and Class 2 projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, contracts, and scopes of work (SOW).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in take-off and contract management software.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Law, or Quantity Surveying (QS).
• Fluency in Chinese is advantageous but not essential.
