Independent Wealth Partners is an award winning independent financial advice practice with its own AFSL. We strive to provide our clients with fiercely independent advice that allows them to use their money to live their life with purpose. Using a unique financial life planning approach we help our clients deliver upon their goals, dreams and aspirations by lining up their money with what is important to them.

We are experiencing significant growth and currently have clients on a waiting list queuing up to join, as such, we are looking for a paraplanner that can help in writing advice documents.

Working closely with the Advisers, Associates and Administration staff in the business. your role will involve the following:

• Writing Statements of Advice and Records of Advice using Xplan templates
• Financial Modelling of complex Xtools+ models that can involve individuals, trusts, corporate beneficiaries and SMSF's.
• Use of Risk Researcher software to complete risk insurance analysis and product comparisons for advisers.
• Assist advisers/associates with putting together financial strategies.
• Maintain and refine advice document templates and investment recommended list
• Ensuring all advice documents issued by IWP and related procedures are compliant in accordance with Licensee guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Previous paraplanning experience
• Experience with XPlan & Microsoft Office software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An attention to detail and a passion for high quality client service and advice
