About the Role
As the Maintenance Electrician Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems and equipment. You'll oversee a team of four maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and training while actively contributing to hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 4 maintenance staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Plan, prioritise, and assign daily maintenance tasks, balancing preventative maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems, including machinery, control systems, and facility wiring.
• Monitor compliance with safety protocols, standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimise downtime and support production needs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Provide training and mentoring to develop team skills and ensure continued growth.

About You

Requirements:

• Trade qualification as a licensed electrician.
• Dual trade preferred
• Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, control systems, motors, and industrial machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
