Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service & Maintenance technician to join our team in NSW. Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and installations of electronic security equipment for our commercial and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intercom systems- Integriti, Inception, Tecom, Bosch, Genetec, Milestone, 2N, Bticino.
• Service-Diagnoses and fault finding specialist
• Conduct preventative maintenance for Alarms, CCTV & Access Control systems
• Liaising with customers on technical and service matters
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Electronic Security Technician
• A valid NSW Security Installers Licence
• Open Registration Cabling Licence
• White Card
• EWP Licence
• A valid NSW Drivers Licence
• Proven experience with installing and servicing Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intercom systems.
• Certification- Integriti, Genetec or Milestone an advantage.
• Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
