Our client, being one of NSW top brands AND located in one of the most lucrative suburbs! You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of premium residential properties in the desirable Double Bay area. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the properties under your care, providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.

This role will be perfect for a current property manager who has been in their role for 2 - 3 years and is seeking their next challenge. This opportunity will open doors for you whilst propelling your career within an award winning team.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively managing a portfolio of high-end residential properties, including conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and addressing tenant concerns
• Ensuring properties are well-presented and maintained to the highest standards
• Conducting property viewings and negotiations to secure reliable, quality tenants
• Overseeing the end-to-end leasing process, including preparing tenancy agreements, collecting rent, and managing arrears
• Providing regular communication and updates to property owners
• Leveraging your strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve any tenancy-related issues
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a property management role, ideally within the residential leasing and property management industry
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with property owners and tenants
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the property management industry
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
