A bit about the role:

• Support from a Junior Property Manager & Leasing
• All landlord communication
• Rent review & Lease renewals
• Repairs & Maintenance
• Tribunal attendance if required
• Use of PropertyMe

The Person:

• Solid Property Management or Senior Property Management experience
• Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs would be advantageous
• Be well presented and a strong communicator
• Valid Real Estate Certificate or License
• Car and Drivers License
