What You'll Be Doing:
🚍 Plan & coordinate engaging tour itineraries
📞 Manage customer inquiries via phone & email, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
📋 Prepare and distribute tour driver schedules & travel documentation.
🤝 Build strong relationships with suppliers, transport providers & tour partners.
🔍 Resolve operational issues efficiently, ensuring every tour runs smoothly.
🗂 Assist with general reservations & bookings in the office.

What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in travel coordination or a similar customer service role.
✔ Strong organisational & multitasking skills - you can juggle multiple tours at once!
✔ Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly approach to customer service.
✔ High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
✔ A team player who can also work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
