Complete Home Filtration are a rapidly growing, award winning WA headquartered national business specialising in whole of home water filtration systems. We love to provide excellent service and better water to our customers across Australia.

In the last 7 years, our team has expanded from 1 to 100+ people, with bigger growth planned for 2025! We are now looking for a scheduling administrator to join our team!

About the role…

This role will be fast paced and will require the right individual to juggle the variety.

As a Scheduling Administrator you will work directly with our Lead Scheduler to ensure our customers experience speed and efficiency in the coordination of their Complete Home Filtration installation. Based in Osborne Park, you will be coordinating with our national team of plumbers and liaising directly with customers to ensure the process is seamless and a joy for everyone involved.

We don't require previous experience as full training will be provided, which would make this opportunity suitable for someone fresh out of school /uni looking for a start in the business world.

Main tasks include:

  • Coordination of plumbing installations across WA and nationally.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to arrange convenient times to carry out home installations.
  • Follow up work.
  • Accurately update multiple software systems, including the company CRM, Fishbowl and Xero.
  • Contributing to and being accountable for the achievement of team goals.
  • The ability to manage a variety of tasks with ease.

About you:

  • First and foremost - A positive can do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including an exceptional phone manner and a customer-first attitude.
  • A demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • No scheduling experience necessary!
  • Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in the use of Google Suite.
  • Highly developed time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organised and efficient with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a variable workload.
