About Us:

Williams Bar & Café has undergone a complete renovation and is preparing to unveil an exciting new European menu with French flair.

Our fully revamped restaurant and menu offers a fresh take on brasserie-style dining, featuring vibrant flavors and a lively atmosphere.

We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative team environment with a shared commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Our service periods are over seven days, from early morning until late evening.

We need additional chefs to join our team as we gear up for our extended service periods.

The MG Role:

Ideally, you would like to have a solid background and experience in the restaurant industry, be knowledgeable in a la carte service, and be capable of representing the senior chefs when needed.

For this role, a minimum of prior experience as a demi chef, a solid understanding of regulation compliance, and a systematic approach to HACCP management are non-negotiable.

You'll need to present a certificate of commercial cooking and be able to attend across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Breakfast Chef:

Are you a Rise & Sun chef who enjoys an early start working with fellow chefs, primarily focusing on creating outstanding Buffet breakfast and a la carte options by delivering an exceptional breakfast & lunch experience?

For this role, a minimum of prior experience as a breakfast of 2 years chef, a solid understanding of regulation compliance, and a systematic approach to HACCP management are non-negotiable.

You will need to present a certificate of commercial cooking and be flexible to attend across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
