About the role

Palmers Relocations' is seeking a skilled Operations Co-ordinator / Assistant to join our team in our Laverton North, Victoria office. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and operational support to our busy team, ensuring the smooth running of our relocation services.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
  • Assisting with the coordination of relocation logistics, such as booking transport, coordinating with clients, and tracking inventory
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and filing systems
  • Providing customer service support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting the operations team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work
  • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Relevant experience in an administrative or operations-focused role, preferably in the relocation or logistics industry
