Your new role
Our Hays Brisbane CBD office is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator (Customer Care) to join our internal Service Delivery team. This is a full-time permanent role that commences immediately.
Responsibilities
- Answering high-volume calls on the Hays Customer Service free call lines for Australia and New Zealand
- Logging and following up on all calls and emails across the APAC region
- Maintaining the Customer Care inbox to ensure all queries are responded to
- Escalating issues to the Service Delivery management team
- Provide immediate, professional responses and escalating customer complaints as needed
- Handling ad hoc tasks, processing, and other projects as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent phone manner and high-level customer service skills
- Ability to handle complaint calls calmly and professionally
- Capability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Quick grasp of new operations and concepts
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
