The role

You will have the opportunity to work in a well-established team in commercial litigation. In this role you'll be exposed to matters heard in Federal and Supreme Courts that will often involve Kings Counsel. They are usually complex litigious matters so it is not uncommon for matters at this firm to have trial dates of up to two weeks. You'll work on matters involving:

• general commercial disputes.
• director and shareholder disputes.
• business separation disputes.
• equity and partnership disputes.
• Property disputes.

During the day to day you'll get to work with several industry sectors including professional services, real estate, construction, finance and more.

You'll have matter support from more junior lawyers and paralegals in the team as well as from the senior lawyers and the Principal who makes time for mentorship and training.

About you

The firm is looking for a 5yr+ PAE lawyer with experience working in commercial litigation. You will also have great attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.
