About the role:

• Managing and assisting in complex litigation cases across various industries.
• Advising clients on commercial disputes, risk management, and litigation strategy.
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal submissions.
• Representing clients in court, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile litigation matters.

The ideal candidate:

• Admitted to practice in Australia with 2-10 years of PQE in commercial litigation – Associate or Senior Associate.
• Strong experience in corporate disputes, insolvency, class actions, and regulatory matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• A proactive and client-focused approach with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
