Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on commercial and civil disputes.
• Manage files from start to finish, providing high-quality legal advice and strategic guidance to clients.
• Represent clients in court and tribunals, including drafting legal documents, preparing briefs, and attending hearings.
• Work closely with other practice groups to provide integrated legal solutions and foster cross-team collaboration.

Ideal Candidate:

• Admitted Solicitor in Australia with recent litigation experience.
• Experience with construction litigation matters is highly desirable, though not essential.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
