As an Administration and Office Support, you will play a vital role in a dynamic and fast-growing company specialising in residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure safe and high-quality project delivery.
- Engage with skilled sub-contractors and trades to maintain excellence in project execution.
- Expand your skills and knowledge through diverse construction activities.
- Build strong relationships with tradespeople, consultants, and suppliers.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, while managing schedules and logistics from the office.
- Support the management of the tender process for potential projects, including the preparation and compilation of all required documentation.
- Network to identify new project opportunities with potential clients.
- Liaise and follow up with contractors and supplies.
- Play a key role in the success of a growing business by embracing diverse responsibilities, including occasional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and tracking.
- Strong organisational and communication skills. Competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
