We are thrilled to have opened our newest location and we're now hiring multiple casual front of house positions as we grow our front of house team.

Our largest venue to date, our Cremorne location is our first store to offer indoor seating. We offer our signature range of sourdough loaves, along with a focus on our pastries, sandwiches, sourdough pizzas as well as some exciting new additions to the range. Along with this our partnership continues with Market Lane to offer some of the best coffee in Melbourne.

Situated in the brand new 65 Dover St. Development, the building comes with some serious staff perks including end of trip facilities complete with showers, bike storage and sauna. However probably the most exciting one is the rooftop garden with breathtaking views overlooking the city and many local landmarks - the perfect place for your lunch break!

About you
Our store has opened with a bang, so we're looking for skilled baristas that can help maintain our high coffee standards, while being able to work at a fast pace while under pressure. We offer the usual range of drinks, with some other specialty lines including matcha, chai, and our signature iced tiramisu.

You'll need to be a great communicator, work well under pressure, as well as being tidy and efficient.

Baker Bleu started as a small bakery in 2016, creating ethical and delicious sourdough bread for Melbourne to enjoy.
In the last 8 years, Baker Bleu has seen significant growth - with 3 (soon to be 4) locations across 2 states, Baker Bleu is proud to bring back the joys of real bread using the ancient techniques of long fermentation sourdough.
We produce a diverse range of sourdough breads, as well as bagels, pastries, sourdough pizza, sandwiches and more - our offering is constantly growing and evolving. We are proud to offer a range of wholesale products to some of Melbourne’s best restaurants and we regularly take part in industry events and collaborations.
