Role overview:

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Barista. This position involves serving various beverages to customers, managing the cafe and training vulnerable people to become cafe assistants or baristas.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other café beverages.
• Assist with food preparation and serving during peak times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the Catering Assistant to ensure the café operates smoothly throughout the day.

Requirements:

• Empathy and caring nature.
• Customer service mindset.
• An open and inclusive mindset to work with neurodivergent people.
• Minimum 1 year experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
• Worked with different types of coffee beans and machines.
