About the role

Violet and Ivvy's are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista and RSA to join our vibrant hospitality team in Warragul, Victoria. This is a casual position where you will be responsible for serving high-quality coffee and alcoholic beverages to our customers, ensuring a positive experience. Flexibility around working hours is required, as the role will involve Friday evenings and Saturday

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a range of coffee, tea and other non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Serving alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner, in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies
• Assisting with general front-of-house duties as required, such as clearing tables and greeting customers

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends .
