As an Account Manager you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of your own clients and be tasked with providing them insurance solutions and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- End-to-end management of a mixed portfolio of clients
- Maintaining and growing the portfolio through new business initiatives
- Manage a mixed portfolio of SME and mid-market risks and provide them with expert advice and tailored insurance solutions
- Facilitate the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and processing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Maintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events
- Adopt and open mind and willingness to learn
We are looking for someone with:
- Tier 1 Broking Qualification
- Experience as an Assistant Account Executive/Account Manager/Executive managing a portfolio of insurance business
- Understanding of the general insurance product suite
- A positive can-do attitude! Someone that takes initiative in their learning and can be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with external stakeholders
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
