The revamped Stringers pays homage to its rich history while keeping it fresh and new - a menu inspired by seasonal Italian flavours and local produce incorporating an Italian-inspired deli and grocer, authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, freshly churned gelato and cocktail bar – this next chapter is where tradition meets the unexpected.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment is advantageous
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
• Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest service
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
• Exceptional presentation and grooming
• Have a passion for great food and great fun
