About You

You are someone who:

• Is Passionate About Helping Others: Do you have that genuine passion for helping others, the kind that lights up a room and eases the worries of those around you? If easing the concerns of nervous patients and comforting parents of anxious children sounds like your calling, then keep reading—you might be exactly who we're looking for!
• Communicates Effectively: You know how to listen with empathy and speak with clarity.
• Is Motivated to Learn: But you’re not one to settle—you’re motivated to learn and grow. You're eager to expand your skills in patient care because you believe in constantly becoming better at what you do.
• Bring Experience and Expertise: You've already proven yourself with at least two years of experience as a dental receptionist. Your previous practice managers have nothing but commendable feedback about you, and that's something to be proud of!
• Holds Relevant Certification: Prime Practice or Savvy Dentist certificate or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Dental Receptionist, you will:
