At PSC, we are a thriving Architectural and Interior Design Studio with a team of 45+, delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Security Facilities, Residential, Retirement Living, Aged Care, Interiors, Heritage Conservation and Adaptive Re-use.

We specialise in seamlessly integrating Interior Design with Architectural Practices, creating cohesive, functional and visually compelling environments. As our team grows, we’re looking for passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designers to join our Fortitude Valley studio.

About the Role

As an Interior Designer, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all project phases, working alongside our Senior Interior Designers and project architects to bring innovative concepts to life. Your role will involve

Design & Concept Development – Creating practical, aesthetic and unique designs across various project phases
Technical Expertise – Preparing detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications and schedules using Revit
Presentation & Communication – Developing high-quality presentations using Revit, Enscape, InDesign and Photoshop
Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring designs meet Australian Standards, BCA and council regulations
Material & Finishes Selections – Contributing to the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures, maintaining quality, budget and design intent
Industry Knowledge – Staying up to date with design trends, materials and technologies

About You

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
✔️ 2-3 years’ experience in commercial interior design or architectural practice
✔️ Strong conceptual design, communication, and presentation skills
✔️ Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Enscape
✔️ Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
✔️ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
✔️ Technically proficient, with experience preparing documentation packages
✔️ Interest or experience in healthcare and/or education design is highly valued
