Site Foreman (Sydney-based Builder Company)

Our Sydney-based builder company is currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle (fuel expenses reimbursed).
• Hands-on skills and possession of basic tools are highly desirable.
• Ability to work 6 days per week.
• Experience in residential construction, particularly duplexes and houses.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, coordinate daily site activities, and collaborate with the office team on project progress.
• Responsible for quality control, progress tracking, and site safety management.
