The Role:
As the Site Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of high-end commercial fit-out projects. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach, strong leadership, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing site activities and subcontractors
• Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Upholding safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment
• Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and clients
• Providing clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing design and construct (D&C) fit-out projects
• A strong background in high-end commercial fit-outs up to $5M
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
