Responsibilities:

• Offer exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, including post-sale
• Convert online or in-store leads, whether qualified or unqualified
• Attention to detail with basic CRM and ERP functions related to quotes and sales pipeline
• Understand and communicate ring customization requirements between customers and production
• Assist in fostering and growing a team culture of respect and success

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a diamond and jewellery sales consultant within Australia
• Able to work weekends
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Diamond grading knowledge (4C’s)
• Enthusiasm for showcasing luxury products
• Team player
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Participate in maintaining the showroom to a high presentation standard
• Assist the Marketing department on events or other requests

Preferred:

• Professionals in luxury diamond retail with a proven track record of sales
• Australian permanent resident/citizen
• Ambitious professionals who want to see growth within the GS Diamonds business
