Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our clients Sydney CBD team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury jewellery, a deep understanding of the luxury jewellery and diamond market, and a proven track record in high-end sales. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised and attentive service to clients, ensuring a memorable shopping experience and fostering long-term relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client consultations, product presentations, and closing techniques.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the clients jewellery and diamond collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate the value and exclusivity of their pieces.
• Develop and implement clienteling strategies to cultivate a loyal client base and generate repeat business.

About You:

• Proven experience in jewellery sales, preferable in the luxury jewellery or diamonds sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a refined and professional demeanour.
• Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• In-depth knowledge of jewellery and diamonds market trends.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
