The Berkeley River Lodge is a world-class destination on the Kimberley Coast of Western Australia overlooking the Timor Sea. This tranquil, all-inclusive lodge is only accessible via a private airstrip.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to maintain the highest standards in this unique property. The successful applicant is required to be a passionate, organised and hard-working person who has extensive experience in the Food and Beverage Industry and holds an Approved Manager card.

You will work closely with the General Manager to assist with coordinating guest arrivals, ensuring smooth check-in process and managing personalised guest itineraries. We are looking for a Food & Beverage manager who possesses strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail and the ability to step in and manage multiple departments when required. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences in both food service and housekeeping areas. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of service, anticipate guest needs, and effectively delegate responsibilities to the team while fostering a positive, guest-focused environment.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate who can demonstrate:

• Previous Food & Beverage experience in upscale lodgings or restaurants
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and beverage skills easily
• Extremely high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be comfortable organising the front and back of house operations.
• Knowledge of safe and efficient hospitality procedures.
• Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Understand the restrictions and pressures of living remotely.
• An understanding of logistics in a secluded environment.
• Rostering ability with experience in automated roster systems.
• Train staff members in a hands-on role.
