About Us

We are a small boutique award winning investment buyers agency that was established in 2017. We work with investors to find the very best investment options nationwide so they can reach financial freedom through strategic property investment.

About You

  • You may have worked in real-estate, mortgages or even conveyancing.
  • You genuinely care for your customer’s satisfaction and won’t stop until you know they’re happy.
  • You are highly organised with your time to ensure your days structured.
  • You appreciate it’s the little tasks that lead to success; whether a process for checking a contract or following up a customer to ensure every one of their questions has been answered.
  • You have a strong attention to detail
  • You are tech savvy & can easily adapt to learn new systems and processes

About the Role

  • You will manage the post-contract process through to settlement, liaising with all third parties such as mortgage brokers, conveyancers, pest & building inspectors & property managers
  • Complete administrative tasks to support the buyers agents/directors
  • Coordinating pre-settlement inspections & reporting back to clients
  • Liaise with solicitors & finance team to get contracts unconditional
  • Send property proposals to prospective clients
  • Ensure clients are regularly updated & guided through the settlement process
  • Manage client inquiries and assessing client applications
  • Manage website updates
  • Client email newsletters
  • Social media management
  • Manage and handle marketing for YPYW podcast, YPYW Mastery & Your Property Your Wealth brand

Selection Criteria

To be successful for this rare and exciting opportunity, we’d like you to bring:

  • Experience in a fast faced administration-based role
  • Experience in real estate, mortgages, settlements, conveyancing or property-related industries would be highly advantageous
  • Must have a strong attention to detail, strong written & verbal skills & good problem solving skills
