About the role

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, this full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) - Property Management role at Torres Property, a highly affluent Agency in Coorparoo Brisbane, offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading real estate and property management firm. In this position, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of the company's property management division.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and source new property management business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and leveraging your industry contacts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company's expertise and unique value proposition
• Collaborate with the property management team to provide seamless and efficient service to all clients
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategies
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and networking
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar business development or sales role within the residential property management industry
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing a portfolio
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver compelling proposals
• Thorough understanding of the residential property management industry, including relevant legislation and regulations
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results
