Opportunity Overview – Trainer & Assessor - FIFO

Our client is a Tier 1 EPCM and they are seeking a Trainer & Assessor/Coordinator to support a major expansion project. This position is a site based FIFO position working on a 2/1 roster. You would be reporting directly to the HSE Manager on site and would be responsible for the development and delivery of training programs and packages in relation to mobile equipment required for construction, also developing procedures and facilitating compliance to the clients requirements.

The role will start on a 12 month contract but will likely be extended as the project is not due to be completed until late 2027.

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification (TAE 40116 or 40110)
• Experience with mobile plant and ability to VoC high risk licenses
• Experience with training management systems
• White card
• Strong working knowledge of WHS Schedule 26 Statutory Appointment and Competency legislation.
• Experience developing training matrix
