What You’ll Bring to the Team
We are seeking talented, positive, and passionate Trainers who excel in engaging with a diverse range of learners. Ideal candidates will:

• Possess the qualifications and/or units of competency relevant to the areas they will train and assess.
• Maintain current industry knowledge in their subject matter.
• Hold a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with students and provide exceptional support.
• Thrive in a team environment.
• Be adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Exhibit strong time management skills.
• Be proficient in computer use.

For High-Risk Work Licences:

• Accreditation with WorkSafe as an Assessor of High-Risk Work Licences.
• A current High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL).

Candidates must support students to succeed in their courses while upholding high standards of training and assessment. Additionally, they must accurately complete all training and assessment documentation and maintain vocational competency and skills in accordance with Western Training policies and procedures.
