Our client is a national Construction Management contractor in the interior fit out and refurbishment and space that has successfully completed a wide range of projects typically within the public sector, Govt and defence space. They have a successful 30 year trading history which has seen head-count rise to over 100 permanent members of staff across NSW, ACT and QLD. Now, they are seeking Junior Project Manager to join its growing team in Brisbane. This is a permanent position with future varies , exciting build and refurbishment projects lined up throughout Greater Brisbane, with a heavy focus in defence.

The initial project:

It is likely you, along with the Project Director you will help with the delivery of challenging varied defence refurbishment projects, valued between $2M - $6M.

Full project management duties including: tender review of drawings & specification reviews,

scope of works preparation, tender analysis, preparation of contract documents, project

budgeting & forecasting, management of head contract variations, dealing with sub-contractor invoices & client claims, monthly project financial reporting, running client PCG meetings, site team meetings and management of RFI’s, WHSEQ co-ordination.
