GETC is a global supplier of FFE solutions across three primary segments - Commercial, Retail and Industrial. GETC has a local and international client base, working on a range of exciting projects, specifically focussed on joinery, fit-out, furnishings and other construction project inputs.

With a rapidly growing project pipeline, and a diverse range of project types, across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle-East and beyond, an exciting new role exists for an experienced leader in Installation and Fit-out Management.

The role is offered as the first dedicated position for a rapidly growing pipeline of projects in Sydney, on a flexible basis, with the expectation that a majority of time is spent, at your discretion, on various project sites in active management of project management.

The role will be focussed on building, developing, and managing crews of installation teams across a range of projects. The right person should be highly experienced in installation and project management, with a specific experience in joinery elements and associated trades. The ability to communicate clearly with installation teams and act as the primary client liaison for successful project delivery is key.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in being able to develop a growing list of reliable installers, assign the crews to projects and manage day-to-day operations in the mutual interest of GETC and the client for the successful delivery of projects. A commitment to managing detail and processes is crucial to development of the Installations and Fit-out team.

The following attributes will be well regarded, although are not mandatory.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, working with local or international construction projects.
• Deep understanding of joinery and FFE elements
• Ability to liaise with local contractors, clients and internal design teams and management.
• Construction or project management background, with an understanding of the importance of strong relationships and team building
• An understanding of design principals related to joinery is well regarded, but not mandatory.
• The ability to work as a key part of a rapidly growing team across a dynamic client and project base.
• Willingness to travel within Sydney, and interstate on occasion, is essential.

Package is circa $120-140k, plus Superannuation and performance bonuses.

All travel expenses, both locally & interstate will be provided for any successful candidate. A company car will be provided to the successful candidate after an initial 2 month trial period, in order to support the ongoing requirement of site visits and associated travel.
