Your Organisation

As a leading Not for Profit organisation with a National footprint, they are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team to provide effective administrative and project support to a newly created General Manager role. The role will work in close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive team, Regional and General Managers and the Executive Support team.

Providing a range of services and support to the community, this organisation foster a down to earth culture and pride themselves on giving back to the community.

Your Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, your role will involve:

  • Administrative support on a day-to-day basis, including proactive email management and ensuring the General Manager is responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Driving processes to support the General Manager prioritise and achieve operational and strategic deliverables and objectives
  • Effective diary management, including scheduling appointments and meetings, room set up, provision of refreshments and follow up appointments
  • Reconciliation of expenses and coordination of financial processes
  • Managing telephone and email inquiries
  • Document preparation and filing
  • Travel management
  • Producing and circulating in a timely and accurate manner, agendas, minutes, meeting papers and action items for meetings
  • Facilitation of communication between key internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of correspondence as required and maintaining an effective document management system
  • Supporting the development of project activities and timelines.
  • Co-ordination of specific project activities
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of reports collation of feedback
  • Other administrative/project activities as required.

Your Profile

You will have a warm and caring demenour and be extremely well organised. Bringing a natural ability to work well with all levels of management and work well under pressure, you will have advanced MS Office Skills and love that you will be having a direct impact on delivering key services to the community.
You will be able to manage different personalities and working styles and have a natural willingness to help. Lastly, you’ll be looking to join a changing and growing organisation!

If you are progressed for this opportunity, you will be required to obtain the following:

  • Satisfactory Police Records Check
  • Satisfactory Working with Children Check
  • Right to Work within Australia
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of COVID booster vaccination or valid medical exemption
