Priestley's Gourmet Delights are seeking an energetic Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential support throughout the hiring and onboarding process for Australia's leading wholesale dessert supplier. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and effective hiring and onboarding process within a dynamic and supportive HR Team!

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) this role will involve:

• Scheduling and coordinating job interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and assist with candidate selection.
• Primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding Process.
• Posting job openings on company website, job boards, and social media, ensuring that the roles are advertised effectively to attract top talent.
• Assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork, scheduling medicals if required and facilitating onsite inductions to show our candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of candidates and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.

About you:

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume FMCG environment.
• Experience with job posting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or SEEK.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with Candidates and Key Stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• A focus on providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process embodying our Core values of Doing what's right and Winning as a Team.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve challenges such as candidate shortfalls or high turnover rates.
