We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our team based in Cannington. Part time role for a multi entity business, 4 days per week required with flexible start times available . Onsite parking available and easy access to public transport.
This role offers a Diverse range of responsibilities and will suit a candidate who can multi-task and adapt easily to new tasks.
Responsibility's: Manage day to day bookkeeping tasks including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Pay Roll, Bank Reconciliation, Invoicing and Preparation and Lodgment of BAS. General admin duties to maintain all records.
Preparing documents for audits and providing financial reports and analysis to support business decision making.
Must have at least two years' experience with Xero, Payroll and have a good understanding of GST. You will also require a high degree of competency in word and excel. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
The office has pet dogs so must love dogs and be happy to share your workspace with them. Small friendly team, casual dress requirements and hours can be flexible.
