About the Role
This position will suit a sales professional wanting to work with the owner of a high-end retirement living asset located in Melbourne's Inner North West. Your role will be to manage inquiries and guide customers through their real estate journey with care and attention to detail, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
A passion for building strong relationships and commitment to understanding individual needs is essential. Whilst leads are provided, it is critical that this individual has the drive and energy to build relationships and networks in the local community to further facilitate interest in the product.

With a focus on brand and quality of product, this locally owned developer and investment group have been creating premium real estate assets for over 20 years. They specialise in serving a customer base who value patience, dedication and a personalised approach.
Duties
- Maximize sales revenue and manage the sales process, including responding to inquiries and following up to achieve sales targets.
- Undertake proactive prospecting in order to generate and aid enquiry levels to produce sales.
- Manage existing database systems, maintain records, and ensure constant communication with leads through weekly EDMs, phone calls, and texts.
- Participate in planned activities and events to increase potential resident volume and develop relationships with local service providers, clubs, and associations.
- Monitor competitor activity, review relevant media, and provide accurate market intelligence and reporting.
- Ensure properties are accurately listed and maintained on relevant websites, coordinating with photographers and stylists for optimal presentation.
- Co-ordinate the refurbishment of vacated properties and ensure they are continuously presentable for viewing.
Skills and Experience
- Retirement sales experience is a must.
- Results focused but appreciative that this takes time and effort.
- Able to close and understand the concept of working through objections.
- Outstanding interpersonal, influential, and persuasive abilities, including the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks whilst maintaining high standards, attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday role.
- Some weekends may be required around events, open days, etc but will be only 1 day on average per month.
- $150k - $160k plus super OTE.
